摘要
目的分析妇产科临床路径教学法的应用效果。方法选取60例妇产科护生开展本次研究,时间为2020年4月—2021年4月,随机将其均分为对照组30例(行常规带教)和观察组30例(行临床路径教学法),比较2组带教效果。结果观察组的理论笔试成绩、临床技能操作、综合成绩、团队精神、独立思考能力和学习效率评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比带教满意度,观察组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论给予妇产科护生临床路径教学法能够促使教学效果和护生综合能力提升,带教满意度高,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical path teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 60 nursing students of Obstetrics and gynecology were selected to carry out this study.The study was conducted from April 2020 to April 2021.The study was randomly divided into control group(30 cases with conventional teaching method)and 30 observation group(clinical path teaching method),and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of theoretical writing test,clinical skill operation,comprehensive achievement,team spirit,independent thinking ability and learning efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the satisfaction with teaching,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path teaching method can promote the teaching effect and comprehensive ability of nursing students,and the satisfaction with teaching is high,which has the value of popularization.
