综合性护理干预对脊柱手术患者术后并发症的影响分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Complications of Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery

目的:深入分析脊柱手术患者应用综合性护理干预降低手术后并发症的临床效果。方法:从我院2014年3月-2019年6月收治的脊柱手术患者中任意选择100例患者参与本次的并发症影响研究,根据脊柱手术进行的先后顺序,将100例患者均分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予一般护理干预,观察组患者给予综合性护理干预,重点比较2组脊柱手术患者经过护理后的并发症发生情况。结果:对照组患者的并发症发生率为28%,观察组患者的并发症发生率为6%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度、自理能力评分及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为脊柱手术患者应用综合性护理干预能够有效地降低手术后的并发症,帮助手术创口快速愈合,是一项值得推广的应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on reducing postoperative complications in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods:From March,2014 to June,2019,100 patients were randomly selected from the spinal surgery patients in our hospital to participate in this concurrent impact study.According to the sequence of spinal surgery,100 patients were divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.Under the condition that other basic data are consistent,the patients in the control group were given general nursing intervention,The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,focusing on comparing the complications of the two groups after nursing.Results:The incidence of complications was 28%in the control group and 6%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of satisfaction,self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing spinal surgery can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and help the surgical wound heal quickly.It is worth popularizing.
