不同施肥深度与养分配比对茶叶品质与产量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 茶园养分管理对茶叶品质与产量意义重大。为了探究开沟施肥对茶叶品质与产量的影响,以湖北恩施宣恩县常年撒施的当地群体种茶园为试验对象,设置不同施肥深度分别为表面撒施(BF)、中度开沟15~20 cm施肥(GF1)、深度开沟30~40 cm施肥(GF2)及三种不同氮磷钾养分配比肥料(T1、T2、T3)进行比较试验,对不同处理的样品分别进行品质成分检测、感官审评及年产量统计。结果表明:开沟施肥有利于提升茶叶品质与产量,氮水平较高的肥料对茶叶品质与产量有显著提升作用。 Fertilizer management in tea gardens has significant significance on the quality and yield of tea.To investigate the effect of open furrow fertilization on tea quality and yield,local population species from Wujiatai Village,Xuanen County,Enshi Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei Province,were subjected to different application depths,namely surface spreading(BF),medium open furrow 15~20 cm application(GF1),and deep open furrow 30~40 cm application(GF2).In order to provide a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the selection of base fertilizers for local tea plantations suitable for green tea production,three fertilizers(T1,T2 and T3)with different nutrient distribution ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were selected for testing.The samples of different treatments were tested for quality components,sensory review,and annual yield statistics,and the results showed that open furrow fertilization was beneficial to enhance tea quality and yield,and fertilizers with higher nitrogen levels had a significant enhancement effect on tea quality and yield.
