摘要
钩藤是常绿藤本,属茜草科药用植物,具有很高的药用价值。文章就剑河钩藤较为严重的炭疽病进行病原菌分离,并对其中分离出的葡萄座腔菌进行生物学特性研究。通过病叶接种、分离纯化、病原菌鉴定、葡萄座腔菌的生物学特性研究,得出最适合萄座腔菌的生长环境,即温度在30℃左右,喜光,偏酸性,pH在5左右,最适碳源为果糖、最适氮源为蛋白胨和酵母浸粉,以为钩藤炭疽病的绿色防控提供理论支撑。
Uncaria rhynchophylla(Miq.) Miq. ex Havil., an evergreen vine, is a medicinal plant of Rubiaceae family, with high medicinal value. In this paper, we isolated the pathogen of the relatively serious anthracnose of Uncaria jianhe, and studied the biological characteristics of Botryosphaeria dothidea isolated from it. Through inoculation of diseased leaves, isolation and purification,identification of pathogenic bacteria, and study on biological characteristics of grape stroma bacteria, it was concluded that the most suitable growth environment for grape stroma bacteria was: temperature at about 30 ℃, light loving, acidic at about pH5, the most suitable carbon source was fructose, and the most suitable nitrogen source was peptone and yeast extract. The purpose was to provide a theoretical basis for the green prevention and control of Uncaria anthracnose.
