摘要
随着人们对水产品需求的不断增加,高密度养殖带来的水体污染、由水体污染导致的水生动物病害频繁发生,已成为限制我国水产养殖业健康、可持续发展的重要因素。近年来,基于生物絮团技术在水产养殖领域调控水质、提高资源利用率、防治病害等方面的应用前景也越来越受到行业的关注。文章从生物絮团技术的原理、主要优点、影响因素等方面总结了其研究进展,旨在为我国当前的养殖模式变革、提质转型增效提供参考。
With the demand for aquatic products is increasing year by year, water pollution and frequent disease outbreaks caused by high density breeding have become an important factor restricting the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture industry in China. Biofloc technology was first used for sewage disposal. In recent years, the application prospect of biofloc technology in aquaculture field, such as water quality regulation, resource reutilization, and diseases prevention, is garnering more and more attention worldwide. In this paper, the research progress of biofloc technology, including the technical principle, main advantages, and influencing factors were summarized, aiming to provide reference for the reforming and quality improvement of current aquaculture mode in China.
