供应链背景下企业物流库存管理优化研究 被引量:2

Research on optimization of enterprise logistics inventory management in the context of supply chain

摘要 随着互联网技术的发展,企业竞争愈发激烈,并演化为供应链之间的竞争。为了优化供应链背景下企业物流库存管理,利用VMI模式探讨库存-路径问题,基于协同论和NSGA-Ⅲ算法构建物流配送多目标协同效应模型,并研究系统协同效应模型得到的系统协同贡献度,利用NSGA-Ⅲ算法求解模型,以获得Pareto最优解。实验结果表明,改进后的NSGA-Ⅲ算法具有更好的收敛性和更快的运行速度,得到的Pareto解集更加接近真实最优前沿面。并且F1求解结果优于F求解结果,各个子目标之间具有协同作用,结合系统协同效益模型优化原来的多目标模型具有一定的有效性。说明研究提出的模型能够实现供应链整体利益最大化,并促进供应链物流配送的多目标协同管理。 With the development of Internet technology,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and has evolved into the competition between supply chains.In order to optimize the logistics inventory management of enterprises in the context of supply chain,the VMI model is used to discuss the inventory routing problem,the multi-objective synergy effect model of logistics distribution is built based on the synergy theory and NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm,and the system synergy contribution degree obtained from the system synergy effect model is studied.The NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the Pareto optimal solution.The experimental results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm has better convergence and faster running speed,and the Pareto solution set obtained is closer to the real optimal frontier.Moreover,the solution result is better than the solution result,and there is synergy between the sub objectives.Combining the system synergy benefit model to optimize the original multi-objective model has certain effectiveness.It shows that the proposed model can maximize the overall benefits of the supply chain and promote the multi-objective collaborative management of supply chain logistics distribution.
