城市公共体育空间管理现状及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Urban Public Sports Space Management

采用访谈法、问卷调查法,对安徽省合肥市公共体育空间管理情况进行研究。结果表明:影响合肥市公共体育空间管理的因素主要包括:体育空间设施提供主体、归属部门管理情况、体育空间设施配套情况、健身时间、距离、体育场馆规划、社区周边学校体育场馆开放情况、体育空间利用情况以及其他诸如体育空间安全问题、体育空间维护维修问题、公共精神和规则意识和交通可达性等。合肥市公共体育空间管理的不足之处有:管理人员及相关经费不足、配套的公共体育空间缺乏保障、安全管理须进一步加强、体育场馆设施须进一步优化。提出制定相关政策、确保经费充足,探索多部门联合管理模式、完善和优化公共体育空间,培养专门的管理人才、宣传公共精神等几点建议。

By means of interview and questionnaire,this paper studies the management of public sports space in Hefei City,Anhui Province.The results show that the factors that influence the management of public sports space in Hefei mainly include:the main body of sports space facilities,the management of affiliated departments,the supporting conditions of sports space facilities,the time and distance of fitness,the planning of sports venues,the opening of sports venues in schools around the community,the utilization of sports space and other factors such as sports space safety,sports space maintenance,public spirit and rules awareness and traffic accessibility.The shortcomings of Hefei's public sports space management include:the shortage of management personnel and related funds,the lack of guarantee of supporting public sports space,the further strengthening of safety management,and the further optimization of sports facilities.Some suggestions are put forward,such as formulating relevant policies,ensuring sufficient funds,perfecting and optimizing public sports space,improving its utilization rate,exploring multi-department joint management mode,cultivating specialized management talents and publicizing public spirit.
