“双碳”目标下园区(开发区)能耗效率及低碳发展路径研究———以江西省35家园区(开发区)为例 被引量:1

摘要 实现碳达峰、碳中和是党中央、国务院应对全球气候变化作出的重大决策部署,是大国担当的重要体现。园区作为承载地方产业发展的重要企业聚集地,是能源消耗的重要场所,也是未来一段时间实现地区碳达峰目标的关键战场。以江西省35家园区为例,利用DEA方法对2016年和2021年园区能耗效率进行测算,并利用多元回归方法对园区能耗效率的影响因素进行研究。结果显示,江西省大部分园区能耗效率降低,且稳定性不强,工业增加值、工业技改投资额和工业固废利用率对园区能耗效率起正向作用,固定资产投资额、单位产值能耗起负向作用,最后提出了园区低碳发展的相关路径。 Achieving carbon emissionpeak and carbon neutrality is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to address global climate change,and an important embodiment of the responsibility of major countries.As an important gathering place for enterprises bearing the development of local industries,the park is an important place for energy consumption,and also a key field for achieving the regional carbon emissionpeak in the future.Taking 35 parks in Jiangxi province as an example,this paper uses DEA method to measure energy consumption efficiency of parks in 2016 and 2021,and uses multiple regression method to study influencing factors of energy consumption efficiency of parks.The results show that the energy consumption efficiency of most parks in Jiangxi province is reduced,and unstable.The industrial added value,the amount of investment in industrial technology transformation and the utilization rate of industrial solid waste play a positive role in the energy consumption efficiency of the parks,while the amount of investment in fixed assets and the energy consumption per unit output value play a negative role.Finally,this paper puts forward the path related to low-carbon development of parks.
