穿支动脉粥样硬化性疾病的MRI研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 穿支动脉粥样硬化性疾病(BAD)是急性缺血性卒中的常见类型,BAD相关脑梗死易引起早期神经功能恶化(END),导致预后不良。临床上关于BAD诊断标准不统一,主要靠影像学手段的鉴别。综述BAD在高分辨血管壁成像(HR-VWI)、全脑血管壁成像(WB-VWI)上的影像特点,并介绍BAD的影像学特征(梗死灶的分布形态、皮质脊髓束损害程度、脑血流动力学异常及表观扩散系数值的定量评估)在END预测中的价值。 Branch atheromatous disease(BAD)is a common type of acute ischemic stroke.BAD-related cerebral infarction is prone to cause early neurological deterioration(END),resulting in poor prognosis.The clinical diagnostic criteria of BAD are not uniform,and mainly rely on imaging means to identify.The imaging features of BAD on high resolution vascular wall imaging(HR-VWI)and whole cerebral vascular wall imaging(WB-VWI)were reviewed,and the value of the imaging characteristics of END(distribution of infarction,degree of corticospinal tract damage,abnormal cerebral hemodynamics and quantitative evaluation of apparent diffusion coefficient)in the prediction of END was introduced.
