摘要
心脏磁共振(CMR)非对比剂成像技术对评估心脏微循环功能具有重要临床意义。CMR负荷成像与T_(1)mapping技术相结合的负荷T_(1)mapping技术无需对比剂即可进行心肌缺血的诊断以及冠状动脉微血管病变的评估,从而为临床评估早期心肌病变提供客观的定量依据。就心肌负荷T_(1)mapping技术成像原理、主要序列、负荷方法及临床应用进展予以综述。
Non-contrast cardiac magnetic resonance imaging has important clinical significance in evaluating cardiac microcirculation function.The stress T_(1)mapping technique combined with cardiac magnetic resonance stress imaging and T_(1)mapping technique can diagnose myocardial ischemia and evaluate coronary microvascular disease without using contrast agent,thus providing objective quantitative basis for the clinical evaluation of early myocardial disease.The imaging principle,main sequences,stress methods and clinical application progress of myocardial stress T_(1)mapping technology were reviewed.
