“双碳”目标下我国钢铁产业低碳转型路径

Low-carbon Transformation Path of China's Iron and Steel Industry Under the"Double Carbon"Target

2020年9月我国提出了力争2030年实现碳达峰、2060实现年碳中和的“双碳”目标,钢铁产业既是国民经济的支柱产业,又是节能降碳的重要领域,低碳转型成为我国钢铁产业高质量发展的必由之路。阐述了实现“双碳”目标对我国经济社会发展的重要意义,分析了我国钢铁产业实施“双碳”目标面临的挑战,研究了我国钢铁产业低碳转型的路径,包括优化产业结构、优化能源结构、优化生产工艺、促进资源循环利用及发展低碳技术,指出了我国钢铁产业低碳转型过程中,需要处理好有为政府与有效市场的关系、经济发展与环境保护的关系。

In September 2020,China put forward the goal to achieve carbon peak by 2030,achieve carbon neutrality in 2060,iron and steel industry is not only an important pillar industry of national economy,but also an important field of energy saving and carbon reduction,low carbon transition has become the way to high quality development of China's iron and steel industry.This paper expounds the significance of realizing the goal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality to China's economic and social development.It analyzes the challenges faced by China's iron and steel industry to achieve the goal of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality,This paper puts forward the paths of low-carbon transformation of China's iron and steel industry,including optimizing industrial institutions,optimizing energy structure,optimizing production process,resource recycling and developing low-carbon technology.It is emphatically pointed out that the relationship between successful government and effective market,economic development and environmental protection should be handled well in the process of low-carbon transformation of China's iron and steel industry.
