着力解决意识形态领域党的领导弱化问题是十八大以来我党做出的重大战略部署。进入新时代,意识形态建设领域总体上呈现出“稳中向好”的局面,全党政治意识的增强、自我革命的深化、意识形态自信的彰显、意识形态话语权的提高为社会主义现代化和民族复兴伟业提供了坚实的精神支撑和思想基础。但也必须清醒认识到,数字化的风险和挑战、西方传统的二元对立观和人民对意识形态建设成效期盼更高对党在意识形态领域领导权的冲击和挑战。新时代强化党在意识形态领域的领导,创新是内生动力,吸引是应有之义,传播是有效抓手,认同是价值旨归。

Since the 18th National Congress,our Party has made an important strategic plan to solve the problem of weakening the Party's leadership in the ideological field.In the new era,the field of ideological construction shows a general situation of"stability in the good",the enhancement of the political consciousness of the whole Party,the deepening of self-revolution and the manifestation of ideological self-confidence,the enhancement of ideological discourse power provides a solid spiritual support and ideological foundation for socialist modernization and national rejuvenation.However,we must be aware that the risks and challenges of digitization,the traditional binary opposition in the west and the people's expectation for the effectiveness of ideological construction will impact and challenge the Party's leadership in the ideological field.In the new era,strengthening the Party's leadership in the ideological field,innovation is the endogenous driving force,attraction is the meaning,communication is the effective grasp,and identity is the goal of value.
