教育信息化时代下匈牙利本土国际中文教师培训研究

Research on the Training of Hungarian Local and International Chinese Teachers in the Era of Education Informatization

教育信息化已成为全球现代教育改革的主要任务。通过梳理匈牙利本土国际中文教师培训现状,总结出目前教师培训的问题与不足。研究发现,在教育信息化时代下匈牙利本土国际中文教师培训具有以需求为导向、“三位一体”教学模式的特点,但还存在着培训对象、方式、层次类别与内容单一及网络培训平台与课程资源库建设有待完善等问题。因此,匈牙利本土国际中文教师培训要加快教育信息化与教师培训的融合,建立起覆盖匈牙利本土国际中文教师成长全过程多元化、终身化的培训体系。

Education informatization has become the main task of global modern education reform.By sorting out the current situation of Hungarian local international Chinese teacher training,the problems and deficiencies of the current teacher training are summarized.We found that in the era of education informatization,Hungarian local international Chinese teacher training has the characteristics of demand-oriented and"three-in-one"teaching mode,but there are still training objects,methods,levels,categories and content,as well as online training platforms and course resources.The library construction needs to be improved and so on.Therefore,Hungarian local international Chinese teacher training should speed up the integration of educational informatization and teacher training,and establish a diversified and lifelong training system covering the whole process of Hungarian local international Chinese teacher growth.
