摘要
三汊河河口闸单孔开启运行模式超出原设计结构安全验算的工况范围,为探究水闸单孔开启的可行性,采用结构分析软件ANSYS建立三汊河河口闸三维有限元仿真计算模型,模拟灌注桩与地基土、闸室混凝土与地基或回填土之间的非线性接触,分析不同工况下水闸结构的变形和应力分布规律,得出最不利工况及最不利位置,并对比有限元计算结果与历史运行监测资料成果。结果表明:单孔开启运行条件下,水闸结构位移和应力均满足现行规范要求,位移值也未超出历史监测数据范围。研究结果可为护镜门型水闸不具备多孔开启条件时,单孔开启安全运行提供依据。
The single-hole opening operation mode of the Sancha River Estuary Sluice exceeds the working condition range of the original design structural safety check calculation.In order to explore the feasibility of the single-hole opening of the sluice,the structural analysis software ANSYS is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the sluice.The nonlinear contact between the cast-in-place pile and the foundation soil,the sluice chamber concrete and the foundation or backfill soil is simulated,the deformation and stress distribution of the sluice structure under different working conditions are analyzed,and the most unfavorable working conditions and the most unfavorable positions are obtained.The finite element calculation results are compared with the historical operation monitoring data results.The results show that the displacement and stress of the sluice structure meet the requirements of the current specification,and the displacement value does not exceed the range of historical monitoring data under the condition of single-hole opening.The research conclusion can provide a basis for the safe operation of single hole opening without multi hole opening condition for the goggle gate type sluice.
