摘要 我国正处在矿业3.0向矿业4.0转型的重要时期,推进绿色矿山和数字化矿山建设已成为矿业转型升级的必由之路。以金徽矿业郭家沟铅锌矿为研究对象,将移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据技术、虚拟化技术等信息技术应用于矿山的生产及管理过程中,对矿山地质板块、采矿板块、安全管控等方面进行了智能化升级改造,实现了矿业开发互联化、物联化、数字化、感知化和智能化,从而确保矿山安全生产,提高矿山生产效率,最终实现无人矿山、安全矿山、智慧矿山。取得了明显的经济、社会效益的同时,也为同类型矿山进行智能化升级改造提供了参考和借鉴。 China is in an important period of transformation from mining industry 3.0 to mining industry 4.0,and promoting the construction of the green mine and digital mines become the necessary way to transform and upgrade the mining industry.This paper takes Guojiagou lead-zinc mine of the Jinhui Mining Industry as the research object,and applies information technology such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data technology,and virtualization technology to the production and management process of the mine,and carries out intelligent upgrading and transformation of the mine geological segment,mining segment,and safety control,realizing the interconnection,IOT,digitalization,perception and intelligence of mining development,to ensure the mine safe production,improve mine production efficiency,and finally realize unmanned mine,safe mine,and intelligent mine.At the same time,it has achieved obvious economic and social benefits and also provides reference and reference for intelligent upgrading and transformation of the same type of mines.
