炼钢新增蓄热器改造与应用实践

摘要 首钢水钢在钢轧事业部区域建设有一套利用转炉余热蒸汽发电项目,以利用炼钢的转炉余热锅炉产生的低压饱和蒸汽进行发电。因转炉蒸汽流量波动较大的特点,现有的炼钢蒸汽蓄热器无法满足稳定转炉余热蒸汽发电需要,造成炼钢部分蒸汽放散、汽轮机进汽参数波动大、岗位人员加减负荷操作频繁、汽轮机安全运行得不到保证。为解决发电系统存在的问题,经过测算,需新增两台120m^(3)蒸汽蓄热器,同时对现有的热力管网系统做优化改造,从而达到解决转炉余热发电系统蒸汽放散的问题,稳定汽轮机的进汽流量和压力,提高发电量。 The Idustrial Department of energy has built a set of power generation project using converter wast heat steam in the area of the Idustrial Department of Steeling and rolling to generate power using the low-pressure saturated steam generated by the converter waste heat boiler of steelmaking.Due to the large fluctuation of converter steam flow,the existing steel-making steam accumulator can not meet the needs of stable converter waste heat steam power generation,resulting in the steam release of steel-making part,large fluctuation of steam turbine inlet parameters,frequent loading and unloading operations of post personnel,and the failure to ensure the safe operation of steam turbine.In order to solve the issues existing in the power generation system,it is necessary to add two 120 m^(3)steam heat accumulators and optimize the existing heat pipe network system,so as to solve the problem of steam emission in the converter waste heat power generation system,stabilize the steam inlet flow and pressure of the steam turbine and improve the power generation.
