新中国成立特别是改革开放以来,民族地区公共服务现代化建设主要经历重启发展、初步探索、快速扩展、全面发展和全面深化五大阶段,并分别在服务机构、服务市场、服务效率、服务重心和服务内容的探索中均取得了历史性成就,成为中国式现代化伟大事业的重要组成部分。民族地区公共服务现代化建设取得突出成就的基本经验主要在于党的坚强领导、中央财政支持、省际对口支援、自力更生发展、干部队伍建设和资源保护利用。在新时代新征程的历史起点上,民族地区公共服务现代化建设面临新的使命。

Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,the modernization of public services in ethnic minority areas has gone through five stages,namely,restarting development,preliminary exploration,rapid expansion,all-round development and all-round deepening.Historic achievements have been made in the exploration of service institutions,service markets,service efficiency,service focus and service content,becoming an important part of the great cause of Chinese-style modernization.The basic experience of the outstanding achievements in the modernization of public services in minority areas mainly lies in the strong leadership of the Party,the central financial support,provincial matching support,self-reliant development,the construction of cadres and resources protection and utilization.At the historical starting point of a new era and a new journey,the modernization of public services in minority areas is facing a new mission.
