摘要
物种共存和多样性维持机制一直是群落生态学的核心论题之一,群落构建机制是解释物种共存和多样性维持的重要理论。为探究群落构建机制的研究热点、发展趋势及前沿动态,本文采用文献计量学方法,基于CiteSpace软件,以“community assembly”为主题,“Forestry”为研究方向,从Web of Science核心库中检索得到476篇相关文献,并从发文作者、机构、国家、作者和文献共被引、关键词等方面对其进行文献计量分析。结果表明森林群落构建领域发文量最大的作者为J.Bastow Wilson,发文量最大的机构为Chinese Academy of Sciences,美国为发文量最大的国家。该领域的研究热点为群落构建(community assembly)、多样性(diversity)、格局(pattern)等,而响应机制的研究将是未来几年的主要研究方向。森林群落构建领域的研究热点由早期对相关概念的梳理逐步转为对不同生态过程的量化以及对生物多样性格局的解释。研究方法从基于系统发育信号的验证到植物功能性状视角,发展到谱系结合植物功能性状的手段进行相关生态过程的解译。总体上看,森林群落构建的研究呈上升趋势,越来越受到学者们的关注。
Mechanisms of species coexistence and diversity maintenance have always been a key issue in community ecology.Community assembly rule is one fundamental theory to explain species coexistence and diversity maintenance.To explore the research hotspot, developing trend and frontier dynamics of community assembly rule, we performed the bibliometrics analysis based on CiteSpace software, with ‘Community Assembly’ as the theme and ‘Forestry’ as the study area, 476 relative researches were retrieved from the core database of Web of Science.Then the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the aspects of authors, institutions, countries, authors, co-citation and keywords.The results showed that J.Bastow Wilson published the most papers in the field, while Chinese Academy of Science did also that for institution.Additionally, the United States has published the most.The research hotspots in this field were community assembly, diversity, pattern, etc.,and researches on response mechanism will be the dominant hotspot in the next few years.The researches has gradually shifted from sorting of related concepts to quantifying contributions of different ecological processes to biodiversity patterns.The approaches have developed from phylogenetic signal-based quantifications to the perspective of plant functional traits, to combined them together.In summary, the research on forest community assembly has an increasing trend, attracted more and more attention from scholars.
