贵州黔西南州生态保护重要性评价

Evaluation on the Importance of Ecological Protection in Southwest Guizhou

生态保护重要性评价研究是构建新时期国土空间规划体系,实现国土空间规划科学性,完善“双评价”工作的重要组成部分。本研究重点选取水土保持、水源涵养、生物多样性维护、水土流失脆弱性、石漠化脆弱性评价等因子作为主因子进行分析,调查影响喀斯特石漠化区自然地理特征和主导环境影响因子,形成各单因子本底评价结果。运用区域性生态廊道修正方法对“三调”地类弱生态功能区和有显著生态保护功能的图斑地块进行拓扑分析,综合集成分析和修正,形成黔西南州生态保护“两区”分布状况。结果表明:黔西南州生态保护极重要区面积5803.89 km^(2),占全州国土总面积的34.53%;生态保护重要区面积8808.20 km^(2),占全州国土总面积的52.40%。该研究为其他喀斯特地区生态保护重要性评价提供借鉴,同时也为黔西南州新一轮国土空间规划编制“三区三线”划定工作中生态保护红线优化调整、国土空间开发保护总体格局优化决策提供参考。

The evaluation of the importance of ecological protection is an important part of building a new era of land and space planning system, realizing the scientific nature of land and space planning, and improving the‘double evaluation’work.In this study, soil and water conservation, water conservation, biodiversity maintenance, soil and water loss vulnerability, rocky desertification vulnerability assessment and other factors were selected as the main factors for analysis, investigated natural geographical characteristics and dominant environmental impact factors affecting karst rocky desertification area, and formed the background evaluation results of each single factor.The regional ecological corridor correction method was used to analyze the topology of the weak ecological function areas and the map-patterned plots with significant ecological protection functions in the‘three adjustments’ area, and the comprehensively integrated analysis and correction were carried out to form the distribution of the ecological protection‘two zones’ in Qianxinan Prefecture.According to the evaluation results, the extremely important area of ecological protection in the state was 5803.89 km^(2),accounting for 34.53 % of the total area of the state.The area of important ecological protection areas was 8808.20 km^(2),accounting for 52.40 % of the total land area of the state.The research on the importance evaluation of ecological protection in Qianxinan Prefecture provides reference for the evaluation of the importance of ecological protection in other karst areas, and also provides reference for the optimization and adjustment of ecological protection red line and the optimization of the overall pattern of land and space development and protection in the new round of land and space planning in Qianxinan Prefecture.
