人工股骨头置换术病人围手术期护理效果评价

Evaluation of perioperative nursing effect of artificial femoral head replacement

目的针对人工股骨头置换术围术期患者的整体护理措施研究。方法病例选取2019~2020年来甘肃省定西市人民医院接受人工股骨头置换术的高龄股骨胫骨骨折患者120例,均分为两组,分别予以常规护理(对照组)及整体护理(观察组),对两种护理方式下的患者并发症发生情况、手术操作时间、术后功能恢复情况、住院耗时以及术后引流量的影响进行分析。结果功能恢复有效率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生概率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后引流量、住院耗时以及术中操作时间比较,观察组显著更优(P<0.05)。护理后,比较两组患者的疼痛以及负面情绪评分,观察组优于对照组,统计学数值P小于0.05。结论针对接受人工股骨头置换术的高龄股骨胫骨骨折患者,在其围术期落实整体护理措施的意义在于有效缓解患者的焦虑与疼痛、缩短术中操作时间、减少并发症、减少引流量。人工股骨头置换术能帮助患者尽早出院,短时间内快速恢复患者的各项功能,确保理想的治疗效果,推广意义深远。

Objective To study the overall nursing measures of perioperative patients with artificial femoral head replacement.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with femoral and tibial fractures who received artificial femoral head replacement in Dingxi People's Hospital of Gansu Province from 2019 to 2020 were selected as cases.All patients were divided into two groups,receiving routine care(control group)and holistic care(observation group)respectively.In view of the influence of the two nursing methods on the occurrence of complications,operation time,postoperative functional recovery,hospitalization time and postoperative drainage were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of functional recovery was higher in the observation group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the postoperative drainage volume,hospitalization time and operation time,the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain and negative emotion scores of the two groups were compared.The observation group was superior to the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.Conclusion For the elderly patients with femur and tibia fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement,the significance of implementing holistic nursing measures in the perioperative period is to effectively relieve the anxiety and pain of patients.Shorten intraoperative operation time.Reduce complications and drainage.Help patients get out of the hospital as soon as possible.The function of patients can be quickly restored in a short time to ensure the ideal treatment effect,which is of far-reaching significance.
