经研究发现,至少有十四种临床因素影响药物及其他化学制剂的经皮吸收效果。这些临床因素包括与相应药化制剂相关的物理化学性质、药化物质的暴露状态(浓度、保留时间、接触区域、接触频率)、表皮状态(例如是否有毛发生长)、人体年龄区别(年幼、成熟、衰老)、皮肤表面状态(湿润与否、表皮酸碱度、体表温度)、表皮健康与完整性(是否有创伤或皮肤疾病炎症等)、皮肤角质层的脱落情况、皮肤清洗状态、外力按摩及揉搓方式、涂抹媒介(皮肤接触涂抹、借助器械涂抹)等。本文旨在分别整理以上类别对药化制品经皮吸收的具体影响方式及结果,从而对药物及化学制剂人体表皮经皮吸收的临床影响因素作出系统完整的分析。

At least 14 clinical factors affect the percutaneous absorption of drugs and chemicals,including the physical and chemicalproperties related to the corresponding pharmaceutical and chemical agents,the exposure state of the pharmaceutical and chemical substances(concentration,retention time,contact area,contact frequency),the epidermal state,like hair growth,population variability(premature,infants,and aged),skin surface conditions(hydration,temperature,PH),skin health and integrity(whether there is trauma or skin disease inflammation,etc.),exfoliation of skin cuticle,skin cleaning status,external massage and rubbing methods,application media(skin contact application,application with instruments),etc,The purpose of this paper is to sort out the specific influence modes and results of the above categories on the percutaneous absorption of pharmaceutical and chemical products,to make a systematic and complete analysis on the clinical influence factors of the percutaneous absorption of drugs and chemical agents.
