摘要 虽然办学理念的重要性日益为教育界认同,但对其本质和特征的认识并不清晰,其使用的混乱已产生许多消极影响,因此,加强办学理念的本质和特征研究显得十分迫切。从本体论看,办学理念是由具有逻辑关系的概念或关键词构成的办学思想体系;从认识论看,办学理念是办学者对学校未来发展的理性认识与信念;从价值论看,办学理念是办学者对理想教育意义的主动建构与自觉追求;从实践论看,办学理念是学校的理念化办学活动。办学理念具有客观性与主观性、整体性与层次性、现实性与理想性、概括性与形象性、引导性与规范性、共性与差异性、稳定性与发展性等特征。 Although the importance of the idea of school-running is increasingly recognized by the educational circles,the understanding of its essence and characteristics is not clear,and the confusion of its use has led to many negative effects.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the essence and characteristics of school-running idea.From the perspective of ontology,the idea of school-running is an ideological system of school-running composed of concepts or keywords with logical relationship;from the perspective of epistemology,this idea is the rational understanding and belief of school manager in the future development of the school;from the perspective of axiology,this idea presents the active construction and conscious pursuit of ideal education significance by the school manager;and from the perspective of practice,it is the idealized school running activity.The idea of school-running is characterized by objectivity and subjectivity,integrity and hierarchy,reality and ideal,generality and image,guidance and standardization,commonality and difference,stability and development.
