摘要
针对核燃料元件的二氧化铀陶瓷芯块生产过程中产生的渣块混合物难以有效筛分,筛分效果不能定量化分析的问题。通过离散元方法的数值模拟,对二氧化铀渣块混合筛分过程进行了模拟分析。以研究现有筛分设备中二氧化铀渣块混合物的运动规律。并通过分层沉降系数S、筛分效率δ对模拟结果进行分析,以探讨现有筛分设备参数对筛分效果的影响。最后结合模拟分析结果,对现有生产设备参数进行调整观察其对筛分效果的影响。
It is difficult to observe the migration characteristics and qualitative analysis of the screening effect of the uranium doxide sintered block,off lid,broken material and other slag block mixture after it is poured into the vibrating screening equipment from the sintered molybdenum boat.The discrete element method(DEM) was used to establish a numerical model of uranium dioxide block mixture screening,and the vibration efficiency of uranium dioxide sintered product under the existing structure and vibration characteristics was quantitatively analyzed and studied.Through the data processing of the simulation results,the vibration stratification coefficient,screening efficiency and other quantitative parameter were obtained.For all the characteristics of the stratification effect of the sintered products of uranium dioxide in the vibrating screening equipment are obtained,and the characteristics of the stratification effect are analyzed and summarized.
