摘要
为了提高海滩附近海域垃圾收集的效率,降低打捞者的工作强度,设计一种水面智能漂浮物收集装置,该装置由动力系统、传动系统、垃圾分类系统等组成,初步选定喷射泵作为动力源,传动系统选用自主设计二级倒钩齿带传动无缝衔接传送垃圾,选用OpenMV开发板结合180°旋转挡板自动完成垃圾分类和收集,利用SolidWorks建模软件建立了海域漂浮垃圾收集及分类装置的模型、虚拟模拟运动分析。制作样机测试,满足安装条件下符合预期要求。该装置自动化程度高、工作灵活。通过海滩附近海域垃圾清理机器人结构设计和控制系统的搭建,以期在海滩附近海域水面垃圾打捞的工作中发挥作用。
In order to improve the efficiency of offshore garbage collection and reduce the work intensity of the salvagers,a surface intelligent floating garbage collection device is designed.The device is composed of power system,transmission system,garbage sorting system,etc.,and the jet pump is initially selected as the power source.In the transmission system,the self-designed secondary barb tooth transmission belt is selected to transport the garbage seamlessly,the OpenMV development board combined with the 180°rotating baffle is adopted to automatically complete the garbage sorting and collection,and the modeling software SolidWorks is used to establish the model of the floating garbage collection and sorting device in the sea area and conduct the virtual simulation motion analysis.The prototype test is carried out,which meets the expected requirements under installation conditions.The device is highly automated and flexible.The construction of the robot structure design and control system for garbage removal in the sea near the beach is expected to play a role in the offshore salvage of the floating garbage.
