摘要
为了解猫葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus felis)在临床患猫中的携带和耐药情况,本调查使用选择性培养基从1 990份猫源临床样本中筛选葡萄球菌,并采用16S rDNA测序鉴定猫葡萄球菌;采用琼脂稀释法检测猫葡萄球菌对14种抗菌药的敏感性,并运用PCR检测耐药基因mecA。结果显示,本调查共分离到猫葡萄球菌48株,对青霉素耐药率最高(83.3%),对阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、克林霉素、氯霉素和氟苯尼考的耐药率均大于10.0%,对苯唑西林、利福平和多西环素的耐药率均为2.1%,对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、阿米卡星和庆大霉素均敏感;40株(83.3%)菌株对至少1种抗菌药耐药;16株(33.3%)菌株呈多重耐药;未检测到mecA基因。结果表明,猫葡萄球菌的耐药状况严峻,应加强小动物临床感染耐药性的监测,规范临床诊疗程序,合理使用抗菌药。
This study investigated the carriage rate and antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus felis(S.felis)isolated from clinical samples in cats.A total of 1990 samples were collected using selective medium and the resulting S.felis isolates were identified by 16S rDNA gene sequencing.The antimicrobial susceptibility of S.felis isolates was determined by agar microdilution method involving 14 antimicrobials,and the drug-resistant gene mecA was detected by PCR.The results showed that of 48 S.felis isolated,83.3%were resistant to penicillin,>10.0%were resistant to azithromycin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,clindamycin,chloramphenicol and florfenicol,and 2.1%were resistant to oxacillin,rifampicin and doxycycline,but all were susceptible to linezolid,vancomycin,amikacin and gentamycin;among 48 S.felis isolates,83.3%were resistant to at least one antimicrobial drug,and 33.3%were multiple drug resistant,but none harbored mecA gene.Thus,antimicrobial resistance in S.felis is common,it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of antimicrobial resistance,standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedures,and rationally apply antibiotics in clinical practice.
