摘要
【目的】2022年7月新疆某地区羊场600只2月龄羔羊,其中100只出现反应迟钝、食欲下降、腹泻、体温高达40℃、死亡羔羊高达60只,部分出现不同程度的气喘、流鼻液和呼吸障碍,为了诊断该羊场出现的疾病。【方法】通过观察患病羊群的临床发病情况、对病死羊群的解剖检查、流行病学研究以及实验室检查。【结果】根据临床症状和解剖特征初步判断为肺炎,细菌检测为杆状革兰氏阴性菌,PCR检测多杀性巴氏杆菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌为阳性、绵羊肺炎支原体检测为阳性。【结论】确定了新疆某地区羊场的呼吸道病变是由多杀性巴氏杆菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌及绵羊肺炎支原体的混合感染造成的。
【Objective】In July 2022, 100 of 600 2-month-old lambs in a sheep farm in Xinjiang Province showed sluggish reaction,decreased appetite, diarrhea and body temperature up to 40℃, and up to 60 lambs died. Some of them showed different degrees of asthma, runny nose and respiratory disorders. In order to diagnose the disease, the clinical symptoms were observed, and dissection of dead sheep, epidemiological investigation and laboratory examination were carried out.【Methods】The results showed that,according to the clinical symptoms and anatomical characteristics, pneumonia was initially determined.【Results】It was identified as Gram-negative rod bacteria by bacteria test, and Pasteurella multocida, Mantella hemolyticus and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae were tested positive by PCR.【Conclusion】In conclusion, the cause of respiratory disease in sheep farm was the mixed infection with Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae.
