新疆奶产业链利益分配问题与对策研究

Study on Profit Distribution of Milk Industry Chain in Xinjiang and Related Countermeasures

【目的】奶产业链利益分配是否合理直接决定新疆奶产业能否健康发展。【方法】本文把奶产业链分为原料生产、乳品加工和运输销售等三个环节,对新疆奶产业链不同环节利益分配问题进行分析,提出针对性对策建议。【结果】新疆奶产业链利益分配方面存在前后环节的利益分配倒置、成本投入与利益分配倒置、风险承担与利益分配倒置、奶产业链利益联结不紧密等突出问题。【结论】为更好促进新疆奶业振兴,应通过增加原料生产收益分配、降低原料生产的成本投入、加强风险规避减少风险转嫁、紧密奶产业链不同环节利益联结等优化新疆奶产业链利益分配。

【Objective】The rationality of profit distribution of the milk industry chain directly determines the healthy development of the industry in Xinjiang.【Methods】In this paper,the milk industry chain was divided into three links:raw material production,dairy processing as well as transportation and sales,then the problems involving to distribution of interests in different links of the Xinjiang milk industry chain were analyzed,and the targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.【Results】It was found that,there were prominent problems in interest distribution of the industry chain,such as the invertion of interest distribution in the preceding and following links,invertion of cost input and interest distribution,invertion of risk taking and interest distribution,as well as the lack of close interest connection in the milk industry chain.【Conclusion】In order to better promote the industrial revitalization,the benefit distribution of Xinjiang milk industry chain should be optimized by increasing the income distribution of raw material production,reducing cost input of raw material production,strengthening risk avoidance to reduce risk transfer,and closing the link between different links of the industry chain,etc.
