工位节拍式生产方式构建——以汽车制造企业为例

工位节拍式生产方式是当前工业制造领域常用的一种生产方式,其中,工位属于最小作业管理单元,工业制造生产线是由若干工位有机组成的。因此,工位节拍式生产方式就是某一类产品在生产线流动时,员工在单位节拍之内完成的规定作业,这种生产方式具有精益化特点,因此被工业制造领域广泛应用,为了探讨该生产方式的构建方法,本文以汽车制造企业为例,对汽车制造企业工位节拍式生产方式的构建与实施进行研究,从而推动我国汽车制造业的发展。

Station beating production method is a commonly used production method in the field of industrial manufacturing, in which the station belongs to the smallest operation management unit, and the industrial manufacturing production line is organically composed of several stations. Therefore, the station beat production method is a certain type of product in the production line flow, and employees in the unit beat complete the prescribed operation. This production mode has lean characteristics, so it is widely used in the field of industrial manufacturing. In order to discuss the construction method of the production mode, this paper takes the automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example, the construction and implementation of the station beat production mode of the automobile manufacturing enterprise to study, thereby promoting the development of China’s automobile manufacturing industry.
