基于学生满意度视角的五年制高职汽车专业教学质量研究

摘要 在当前的经济新常态的市场氛围下,对于高等教育人才质量的要求越来越高,因此,对学生进行个性化教育的有关要求也变得越来越明显。高等教育专业的教学质量便在此过程中面临着巨大的挑战,所以如何有效提高高等职业教育的教学质量,培养高素质人才便成为了当前高职教育的当务之急。笔者在经过了长达一个月的实地调查研究后,以学生满意度的视角为出发点,从学生满意度对教学质量的意义、教学状态、师资队伍等多方面分析了当前五年制高职汽车专业教学过程中存在的问题,并在此基础之上有针对性地提出了提升高职汽车专业教学质量的办法,仅供相关研究人员参考分析。 In the current market atmosphere of the new normal economy, the requirements for the quality of higher education talents are getting higher and higher, so the relevant requirements for personalized education for students are becoming more and more obvious. The teaching quality of higher education majors faces great challenges in this process. So how to effectively improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education and cultivate high-quality talents has become the top priority of higher vocational education. After a month of field investigation and research, the author takes the perspective of student satisfaction as the starting point, analyzes the problems existing in the current five-year higher vocational automobile major teaching process from the significance of student satisfaction to teaching quality, teaching status, teaching team and other aspects, and on this basis, a targeted method to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational automobile major is proposed for reference and analysis by relevant researchers.
