伴随着新能源汽车的兴起,有关于新能源汽车方面的人才培养成为了高校教育的重心。作为一门实践性较强的专业,高校新能源汽车专业教师在进行专业教学的开展过程中,不仅要将目光放到专业理论知识培训上,还要进一步制定出科学的实训教学计划,帮助学生们能够将理论知识与实践操作进行有效结合,从而培养出符合行业需求的专业人才。因此,本文以新能源汽车专业实训教学为主要研究内容,从而制定出合理的新能源汽车专业实训教学计划,帮助学生们更好的提升自身职业能力,获得更好的职业发展。

With the rise of new energy vehicles, the cultivation of talents in new energy vehicles has become the focus of college education. As a highly practical major, teachers of new energy vehicles in colleges and universities should not only focus on professional theoretical knowledge training in the process of professional teaching, but also further develop a scientific practical training teaching plan to help students effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation, so as to cultivate professionals who meet the needs of the industry. Therefore, this paper takes the professional training teaching of new energy vehicles as the main research content, so as to formulate a reasonable teaching plan for the professional training of new energy vehicles to help students better improve their professional ability and obtain better career development.
