中职汽修专业实训课管理渗透劳动教育研究

Research of Penetration of the Management of the Practical Training Course into Labor Education in the Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Major

随着教育工作的持续优化创新,各级职业院校也在大力推进教育改革工作,劳动教育作为素质教育的重要组成,职业院校要在培养学生技术技能的背景下,在课堂教学、实训教学等环节,积极融入劳动教育,以持续、长期的劳动教育实践,引导学生树立正确的劳动价值观,也提高学生综合素质。本文主要探究了中职汽修专业实训课堂管理中渗透劳动教育的实践措施。

With the continuous optimization and innovation of education work, vocational colleges at all levels are also vigorously promoting educational reform. Labor education is an important component of quality education. Vocational colleges should actively integrate into labor education in the context of cultivating students’ technical skills, classroom teaching, practical training teaching and other links, with continuous and long-term labor education practice, guiding students to establish correct labor values, but also improving students’ comprehensive quality. This paper mainly explores the practical measures of infiltrating labor education in the classroom management of the practical training of mid-vocational auto repair majors.
