摘要
文章采用问卷调查方法,研究非英语专业研究生对学术英语写作的课程认知,并运用方差分析和多元回归分析等方法分析课程重要性评价的差异性及其影响因素。研究发现,多数受访者在选课动机上表现出很强的工具性理性特征;大多数受访者对学术英语写作课程的重要性都给予了高度评价。影响受访者评价的主要因素包括学校学习环境、学院环境、导师、社会发展情况及身边同学。选课动机与课程重要性评价之间存在显著性相关关系,对课程重要性评价有显著正效应。此外,导师影响和社会经济发展情况对受访者的课程重要性评价都有显著正效应。
This article studies the cognition of the non-English major graduates on academic English writing course by using questionnaire surveys. It also analyzes the difference of the course importance evaluation and the influencing factors through variance analysis and multiple regression analysis. It is found that many interviewees showed strong instrumental rationality in their motivation of choosing courses, and most interviewees spoke highly of the importance of the course. The main factors that affect interviewees’ evaluation include university environment, department and school environment, supervisors, classmates and social development. There is a significant correlation between the motivation of course selection and the evaluation of course importance, which has a significant positive effect on the evaluation of course importance. In addition, the influence of supervisors and socio-economic development have significant positive effects on the evaluation of course importance of the respondents.
