基于《金匮要略》探讨常染色体显性多囊肾病诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease based on Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

常染色体显性多囊肾病(ADPKD)是一种常见的单基因遗传性肾脏病,具有渐进性肾功能减退的特点,目前尚无有效的治疗手段。中医认为其主要病因为本虚标实,禀赋不足兼有瘀、痰、热、毒。治疗以补虚为主,兼以祛瘀、温化、清热、下浊毒,结合《金匮要略》杂病论治特色辨治常染色体显性多囊肾病进展各过程,可缓解因瘀、痰、热、毒等病理因素导致的临床症状,延缓疾病进展。

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD)is a common monogenic hereditary kidney disease and is characterized by progressive renal dysfunction,for which there is still no effective treatment so far.In traditional Chinese medicine,ADPKD is believed to be mainly caused by the defi ciency in origin and the excess in superfi ciality,namely caused by congenital defi ciency in combination with blood stasis,phlegm,heat and toxin,while its treatment is mainly conducted by tonifying defi ciency,supplemented by removing blood stasis,warmly resolving cold-phlegm,clearing heat,and dispelling turbid toxins.Based on the characteristics of treating miscellaneous diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,the paper explores to differentiate and treat ADPKD,which is deemed to be able to alleviate its clinical symptoms caused by pathological factors such as blood stasis,phlegm,heat and toxin,and delay its progression.
