张仲景治疗下利方药规律探析

Exploration of the medication laws in Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions for treating diarrhea syndrome

通过归纳、分析张仲景《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中治疗下利条文,总结仲景治疗下利方药及证治规律。结果显示《伤寒论》治疗下利有30个方,《金匮要略》有11个方,除《伤寒论》《金匮要略》两书重复的7个方,《伤寒论》《金匮要略》治疗下利共34方。根据治则治法对34方进行归纳、分类,并对方中所用的56味药进行频数统计和功效分类,总结出张仲景治疗下利首重顾护脾胃正气,灵活运用清泄里热,寒热平调,通因通用,疏肝健脾,温肾暖脾,燥湿运脾治法。

Through an inductive analysis of all the provisions in Zhang Zhongjing's Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)and Jingui Yaolüe(Synopsis of the Golden Chamber)for the treatment of the diarrhea syndrome,this paper aims to summarize the regularities of his medications and syndrome differentiation for the treatment of this disease.The results show that there are 30 prescriptions in the former,while 11 prescriptions in the latter.Except the 7 overlapped ones,34 prescriptions remain in the two classics.After they are summarized and classified according to their treatment principles and methods,and the frequency statistics and efficacy classification of the involved 56 drugs are carried out,it is concluded that Zhang Zhongjing's treatment methods give a priority to caring for the vital qi in the spleen and stomach,flexibly employing the methods for clearing interior heat,mildly regulating cold and heat,treating incontinent syndromes with dredging methods,dispersing the stagnated liver qi for invigorating the spleen,warming the kidney and spleen,drying the dampness and activating the spleen.
