摘要
现代生物技术的快速发展使生物医药行业发生了革命性的变化。疫苗的开发虽已取得了诸多成果,但仍有很多疾病不能预防,新兴技术加快了疫苗的研发速度,有望成为开发针对这些疾病疫苗的有效手段。随着全基因组测序的迭代更新和生物信息学的兴起,反向疫苗学技术应运而生。该技术以基因组序列为目标,预测疫苗的所有候选抗原。本文主要对反向疫苗学技术的背景以及反向疫苗学技术“1.0时代”和“2.0时代”技术路线进行概述。
The rapid development of modern biotechnology has revolutionized the biomedical industry.Although many achievements have been made in the development of vaccines,there are still many diseases that cannot be prevented.Emerging technologies have accelerated the development of vaccines,thus promising to be an effective means of developing vaccines against these diseases.With the iterative update of whole genome sequencing and the rise of bioinformatics,reverse vaccinology technologies have emerged.This technique targets genomic sequences to predict all candidate antigens for vaccines.This article mainly summarizes the background of reverse vaccinology technology and the technical route of“1.0 era”and“2.0 era”of reverse vaccinology technology.
