泥浆脉冲随钻高速率遥传系统设计及应用

摘要 针对泥浆循环信道存在传输性能恶劣和干扰性强的问题,提出以二进制相移键控(Binary Phase Shift Keying,BPSK)调制为基础的高速率遥传系统结构。系统结构中引入自适应均衡,以跟踪泥浆循环信道的频率选择性衰落和时变特性,引入单/双传感器消噪技术,从而消除对通信信号的各种干扰影响。该系统通过水循环测试、实钻试验及工程应用,结果表明系统传输速率达到10 b·s^(-1)以上,且传输性能稳定可靠,解码正确率在98%以上,全面验证了系统结构的可行性、可靠性及先进性。 Mud circulation channel has the problems of poor transmission performance and strong interference. A high rate remote transmission system structure based on Binary Phase Shift Keying(BPSK) modulation is proposed. Adaptive equalization is introduced in the system structure to track the frequency selective fading and time-varying characteristics of mud circulation channel, and single/double sensor denoising technology is introduced to eliminate the influence of various interferences on communication signals. The system has passed the water cycle test, drill test and engineering application. The results show that the transmission rate of the system is more than 10 b·^(s-1), the transmission performance is stable and reliable, and the decoding accuracy is more than 98%. The feasibility, reliability and advanced nature of the system structure have been fully verified.
