静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator,SVG)又称高压无功补偿器,因具有无极补偿、补偿后功率因数高、补偿时间短、使用寿命长和结构简单等优势,成为无功功率补偿技术领域的主要发展方向。文章提出的一种适用多种容量的SVG功率柜,主要包括柜体、风机和托盘组件。柜体内部设有风道。托盘组件包括叉车孔、支撑梁以及阶梯导轨等结构。相邻2个阶梯导轨的阶梯相对布置,托盘组件与柜体活动连接,可以一起放入或取出SVG模组,适用于多种容量的SVG功率柜。这种方法减少了功率柜数量,节省了存储空间,优化了布局,提高了吊装的效率和安全性,减少了电缆接线人员,降低了人工成本。

Static Var Generator(SVG) also known as high voltage var compensator, has many advantages, such as non-pole compensation, high power factor after compensation, short compensation time, long service life and simple structure, etc. It has become the main development direction in the field of reactive power compensation technology. This paper presents a SVG power cabinet with multi-capacity, including cabinet, fan and tray components. An air duct is arranged inside the cabinet body. The pallet component includes forklift hole, support beam, step guide rail and other structures. The two adjacent stair rails are arranged relative to each other, and the pallet components are connected with the cabinet. The SVG module can be put in or taken out together, which is suitable for SVG power cabinet with various capacities. The method reduces the number of power cabinet, saves the storage space, optimizes the layout, improves the efficiency and safety of hoisting, reduces the cable wiring personnel and reduces the labor cost.
