基于耐火材料行业一种自动取砖检测设备的研制

摘要 在传统的耐火砖成型过程中,大型耐火砖通常采用人工方式进行搬运和测量。为克服人工取砖的不足,研制了自动取砖检测设备,能够保证生产安全,提高生产自动化水平,降低人工劳动成本和工作人员的劳动强度。文章将详细介绍设备的设计原理和结构特点等。该设备基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制,分为取砖部分和检测部分。它主要依靠真空吸盘吸取冲压成型的耐火砖,再通过移动平台带动取砖夹具和砖块离开压砖机,将其放置到运砖平台运送至视觉检测位置,并利用视觉检测相机对耐火砖进行拍照取样和数据分析,分析结束后将砖自动移动至平台末端翻转使砖块立起,以便工人搬运。 In the process of traditional firebrick forming, large firebrick is usually taken out by manual handling and measurement. In order to overcome the shortage of manual brick taking, the automatic brick taking testing equipment is developed.It can ensure the safety of production, improve the level of production automation, reduce labor costs, reduce the labor intensity of the staff, so the article will introduce the design principle and structural characteristics of the equipment in detail. Based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) control, the device is divided into brick taking part and detection part. It mainly relies on vacuum sucker to absorb stamped and formed firebrick, and then drives brick taking fixture and brick away from brick pressing machine through mobile platform and places them on brick transport platform. It is transported to the visual inspection position,and then the visual inspection camera is used to take photos and sample the firebrick and analyze the data. At the end of the analysis, the bricks are moved to the end of the platform and turned over so that the bricks stand up for workers to handle.
