摘要
针对某冷柜方形门框注塑成型难的问题,设计了2种不同的热流道顺序进胶方案。通过应用Moldflow软件对各方案的成型过程进行模拟,分析比较不同方案的填充时间、注射压强、流动前沿温度以及制件在成型过程中可能产生的熔接线和变形,最终确定方案2为最优方案。方案2填充均匀,熔接线位置隐蔽,速度/压强切换时压强为50.89 MPa、最大变形为1.391 mm,可为模具设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem that the square door frame of a refrigerator is difficult to be molded by injection molding, two kinds of sequential injecting schemes of hot runner were designed. Through the application of Moldflow software, the molding process of each scheme was simulated, and the filling time, injection pressure, flow front temperature of different schemes were analyzed and compared, as well as the simulation results of welding lines and deformation that may occur in the molding process of the parts. Finally, the scheme 2 was determined as the optimal scheme. It filled the cavity evenly, the weld lines were hidden,the velocity/pressure switching point pressure was 50.89 MPa,the largest deformation was 1.391 mm. The scheme 2 was useful for mold design.
