基于大数据的农业机械设备运行状态远程监测方法

Remote Monitoring Method of Agricultural Machinery Operation State Based on Big Data

针对监测农业机械设备运行状态获取的运行数据与实际数据不符而无法为设备故障诊断提供有利数据依据的问题,引入大数据技术,设计研究农业机械设备运行状态远程监测的方法。利用集工控机、采集板、通用交换路由器(Universal Switching Router,USR)系列通用分组无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)模块和霍尔传感器于一体的采集模块,获取农业机械设备运行数据,并结合大数据技术建立农业机械设备运行状态预警模型。根据模型输出结果实现远程状态监测,并完成对监测结果的通信传输。通过对比方式证明,新的监测方法在实际应用中可远程获取更精准的设备运行状态参数,根据监测数据实现对运行状态的准确判断。

In view of the problem that the operation data obtained from the current monitoring of the operation status of agricultural machinery equipment is inconsistent with the actual situation and cannot provide a favorable data basis for equipment fault diagnosis, big data technology is introduced to carry out the design and research on the remote monitoring method of the operation status of agricultural machinery equipment. The operation data of agricultural machinery equipment is obtained by using the acquisition module integrating industrial computer, acquisition board, Universal Switching Router(USR) series General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) module and Hall sensor. Combining big data technology, establish an early warning model for the operation status of agricultural machinery and equipment. According to the output results of the model, the remote status monitoring is realized and the communication transmission of the monitoring results is completed. Through comparison, it is proved that the new monitoring method can obtain more accurate equipment operation status parameters remotely in practical application, and can accurately judge the operation status according to the monitoring data.
