摘要
面对交通强国和轨道强国的新局面,现有的列车网络系统已经不能满足我国地铁列车智能化和可维修性的要求。针对厂修地铁列车总线数据传输信息少、诊断信息不足以及关键系统设备控制缺乏等问题,对现有的车辆网络系统进行国产化改造,对厂修车辆的网络系统拓扑结构、硬件设备以及软件功能等方面进行优化改进,归纳分析国产化过程中遇到的技术难点和实际问题。
In the face of the new situation of powerful transportation and track power, the train network system has been unable to meet the requirements of intelligent and repairable subway trains. Aiming at the problems such as less data transmission information, insufficient diagnostic information and lack of key system equipment control, the existing vehicle network system has been transformed domestically. The topology structure of the network system, hardware equipment and software functions of the factory repair vehicles are optimized and improved, and the technical difficulties and practical problems encountered in the process of localization are summarized and analyzed.
