摘要 高强螺栓紧固与检测工艺受人为和环境因素影响较大,自动化程度低,难以满足装配式钢结构快速发展的需求。通过对传统高强螺栓紧固与检测工艺的分解,对高强螺栓紧固技术与工具发展现状展开调研,提出了工业螺栓装配技术。机器人智能识别、人机协作以及图像识别技术,是实现钢结构高强螺栓自动化、智能化紧固和质量检测的可靠路径,可为钢结构高强螺栓紧固与检测技术的自动化和智能化发展提供参考。 The fastening and testing process of high strength bolts is greatly affected by human and environmental factors, and the degree of automation is low, which is difficult to meet the rapid development of prefabricated steel structures. Through the decomposition of the traditional high-strength bolt fastening and testing process, the research on the development status of highstrength bolt fastening technology and tools is carried out. It is proposed that based on industrial bolt assembly technology, robot intelligent recognition, man-machine cooperation and image recognition technology are the reliable path to realize the automation,intelligent fastening and quality detection of high-strength bolt of steel structure. It provides reference for the automation and intelligent development of high strength bolt fastening and testing technology of steel structure.
