摘要
轴承是机械传动轴的支撑,是实现主机性能、功能与效率的重要保证,被誉为机器的“关节”。轴承的制造模式逐步向智能化方向发展,因此重点分析了轴承的主要生产工艺和优化业务流程,提出了轴承制造企业智能制造的总体架构和方案。
Bearing is the support of mechanical transmission shaft, is an important guarantee to achieve the performance,function and efficiency of the main engine, known as the “joint” of the machine. Its manufacturing mode is gradually developing to the direction of intelligence, so the main production technology and optimized business flow of bearing, and puts forward the overall structure and scheme of intelligent manufacturing in bearing manufacturing enterprises.
