摘要
以郑州地铁联络通道典型工程为例,吸收前期机械法联络通道施工的经验,重点分析不同联络通道机械设备的适应地层、设备特点及典型工程应用等,为不同地层隧道联络通道的建设提供设计参考。针对工程在富水软土、掘进距离短及主隧道结构设计方面开展设备选型分析,重点介绍刀盘设计优化、顶推力计算及其对主隧道结构稳定性的影响,以期推动机械法联络通道设备的优化改进。
Based on the typical project of Zhengzhou metro connecting passage, this paper absorbs the construction experience of early mechanical method connecting passage. This paper focuses on the analysis of the applicable strata, equipment characteristics and typical engineering applications of the mechanical equipment of different connecting passages, providing design reference for the rapid construction of tunnel connecting passages in different strata. The equipment selection analysis is carried out for the project in terms of water-rich soft soil, short excavation distance and main tunnel structure design, focusing on the cutter head design optimization, jacking force calculation and its impact on the structural stability of the main tunnel, which promotes the optimization and improvement of mechanical method connecting channel equipment.
