摘要
固体氧化物燃料电池(Solid Oxide Fuel Cell,SOFC)是一项具有发展前景的发电技术。热箱是SOFC发电系统中的重要组成部分,关键质量特性为散热率和造价,结构为顶部开孔的对开式热箱,设计因子为保温层厚度、保温材料导热系数以及箱体厚度。文章采用六西格玛设计(Design for Six Sigma,DFSS)方法对热箱进行结构设计和优化。热箱的最优设计参数为保温材料导热系数0.03 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),保温层厚度114 mm,箱体材料厚度5 mm。热箱最优性能为散热率2344.247 W,造价53512.81元。热箱性能达到了预期设计的标准,满足SOFC模块的使用要求。
Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC)is a promising power generation technology.The heat box is an important part of the SOFC power generation system,its key quality characteristics are the heat dissipation rate and cost,the structure is open to the top of the open hot box,the design factor is the thickness of insulation layer,thermal conductivity of thermal insulation material and the thickness of the box.This paper adopts the Design for Six Sigma(DFSS)method to design and optimize the structure of the hot box.The optimal design parameters of the hot box are the thermal conductivity of the insulation material 0.03 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),the thickness of the insulation layer 114 mm and the thickness of the box material 5 mm.The optimal performance of the hot box is 2344.247 W heat dissipation,and the cost is 53512.81 yuan.The performance of the hot box reaches the expected design standard and meets the use requirements of SOFC modules.
