摘要
随着科学技术的进步和我国社会经济的快速发展,为满足人们生活和工作需要,我国电力系统正逐渐向超高压、远距离、大容量以及高度自动化方向发展,使得电站系统的设备种类越来越多,系统越来越复杂。为保证电站系统安全运行,设备性能要求越来越高。作为燃煤电站中十分重要的组成部分,汽轮发电机组的安全稳定运行直接关系整个电网的运行状态。采用检测技术分析汽轮机设备状态,并对其存在的风险进行管控,能够有效提升运行质量。因此,针对燃煤电站的汽轮机设备故障进行分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决方案。
With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of social economy in our country, in order to meet the needs of People’s life and work, the electric power system of our country is gradually developing towards ultra-high voltage, long distance, large capacity and high automation, makes the power plant system more and more types of equipment, more and more complex system. In order to ensure the safe operation of power plant system, equipment performance requirements are becoming higher and higher. As an important part of coal-fired power plants, the safe and stable operation of steam turbine electric generator is directly related to the operation of the whole power grid. To analyze the status of steam turbine equipment and control its risk can effectively improve its operation quality. Therefore, the fault of steam turbine equipment in coal-fired power plant is analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward on this basis.
