摘要 在《中国制造2025》行动纲领下,智能制造成为航空制造业发展的主流。它主要利用虚拟现实技术智能化解决飞机零件存在的问题。基于虚拟现实技术的飞机零件检测平台,运用CATIA(卡提亚)和3D Max等建模软件,结合Unity3D对飞机零件检测的整体规划与搭建和虚拟平台的动态仿真与调试,对飞机零件运输过程和检测流程等进行动态仿真模拟。从飞机零件检测整体生产线运行、检测车间内部以及检测人员使用3个角度进行仿真,以验证此平台设计的合理性。该平台以数字孪生为基础,将其拓宽到飞机零件加工和装配等其他环节,实现虚拟与现实之间的信息传递,为检测车间的生产运行管理提供巨大帮助。 Under the action program of Made in China 2025, intelligent manufacturing has become the mainstream of the development of aviation manufacturing industry. It mainly uses virtual reality technology to solve the problems existing in aircraft parts intelligently. Aircraft parts detection platform based on virtual reality technology, Aided Tridimensional Interface Application(CATIA) and 3D Max modeling software are used. In addition, combined with the overall planning and construction of aircraft parts inspection by Unity3D and the dynamic simulation and debugging of virtual platform, dynamic simulation and simulation of aircraft parts transportation process and detection process were carried out. In order to verify the rationality of the design of the platform, the simulation was carried out from three perspectives: the operation of the whole production line of aircraft parts inspection, the inspection workshop interior and the use of inspection personnel. Based on digital twin, the platform extends to other links such as aircraft parts processing and assembly, and realizes the information transmission between virtual and real, thus providing great help to the production and operation management of inspection workshop.
