摘要
随着“中国制造2025”的贯彻落实,现代制造业已逐渐成为国民经济的主体。在现代数控机床加工和数字生产设备制造的过程中,加工零件的结构形状越来越复杂,对尺寸和安装位置的精度要求也更高,对编程技术人员的要求随之提升。以破碎机铸造钢球模具为例,研究MasterCAM软件在数控加工中产品零件造型、加工工艺分析、刀具轨迹及程序生成等方面的应用。通过Vericut软件对材料数控加工程序设计进行模拟仿真、验证,不断优化数控加工程序设计的正确性和合理性,可以有效降低企业生产成本,提高生产加工效率。
With the implementation of “Made in China 2025”, modern manufacturing has gradually become the main body of the national economy. In the process of modern numerical control machine tool processing and digital production equipment manufacturing, the structure shape of the machining parts is more and more complex, the precision requirements of the size and installation position are also higher, the requirements of programming technicians are also improved. The application of MasterCAM software in numerical control machining of product parts modeling, process analysis, tool path and program generation was studied by taking the casting ball die of crusher as an example. Vericut software is used to simulate and verify the material numerical control machining program design, and constantly optimize the correctness and rationality of numerical control machining program design, which can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve the production and processing efficiency.
