基于智能模型的梗丝干燥喂料流量稳定控制系统

摘要 大数据分析表明,电子皮带秤频率稳定性在一定程度上会影响气流烘梗工艺的质量。为提高梗丝喂料流量的稳定性,降低梗丝流量波动结合历史数据,设计一套基于智能模型的控制系统。系统实施后,对旬阳卷烟厂梗丝干燥电子皮带秤的流量稳定性进行实验控制。结果表明,改进后的电子皮带秤频率标偏在不同批次下降了25%~56%,提高了生产质量。 Big data analysis shows that the frequency stability of electronic belt scale has a certain influence on the quality of cut stem after pneumatic drying process. In order to improve the stability of feeding flow of cut stem for drying process, combined with the analysis and mining of historical data, this paper designed a control system based on intelligent model to reduce the flow fluctuation. After implementation of the system, the experimentally operating in Xunyang cigarette factory demonstrated that standard deviation at frequency of electronic belt scale before drying process decreased by 25%~56% in different batches, which is helpful to improve the production quality.
