PLC控制技术在电厂除尘系统中的应用研究

摘要 随着社会经济水平的不断提升,社会的整体用电量日益增加,电力覆盖范围不断扩大,推动了我国电力行业的迅猛发展。可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)以计算机技术为基础,是一套能有效提高电厂除尘系统运行效率的编程控制系统,能够弥补传统除尘系统的缺陷及漏洞,改善电厂除尘系统的运行成效。除尘系统对电厂发电具有不可或缺的重要作用,能够有效清除发电时产生的灰尘,实现废弃物的综合利用,满足电厂运营过程中保护环境的相关要求,落实新时代可持续发展理念。在电厂除尘系统中应用PLC控制技术,能够有效提高系统工作效率和工作质量。因此,深入研究PLC控制系统对提高电厂运营质量具有重要意义,也能保障电厂除尘系统运行的精准度和稳定性,实现电厂工业生产的优化。 With the continuous improvement of social and economic level, the overall power consumption is increasing and the power coverage is expanding, which has promoted the rapid development of China’s power sector. The Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) automatic control technology is based on computer technology, and is a set of programming control system, that can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the ash removal system in power plants, which can significantly make up for the defects and loopholes of the traditional ash removal system, and improve the operation efficiency of the ash removal system in power plants. The ash removal system plays an indispensable and important role in the power generation of the power plant. It can effectively remove the dust generated during power generation, realize the comprehensive utilization of waste, meet the relevant requirements for environmental protection during the operation of the power plant, and implement the concept of sustainable development in the new era. At the same time, the application of PLC control technology in the dust removal system of the power plant can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the system. Therefore, in-depth study of PLC control system is of great significance to improve the operation quality of power plant, and can also ensure the accuracy and stability of the operation of the dust removal system of power plant, and realize the optimization of industrial production of power plant.
